Good morning everybody! This week i going to talk about my
bad habit.
My bad habit is the pessimism when I am going to do
something. I always think “what might happen if…?” and my friends often argue
with me about this.
I have this bad habit since I was a child. When I had a test
in the school, i used to think in a bad grade and said before a test “i don’t
know nothing” because i was nervous in the moment.
Nowadays, when I prepare a test in the university, I feel
insecure because I think I don’t know nothing about the subject even if I study
in one or two week. This situation could happen because I don’t trust in my knowledge and i don’t know why
this happen.L
Recently, I try to avoid the bad thought in my mind and
trust in me, but when I study a lot of time and say “maybe I have a good grade
in the quiz or exam” and feel happy for my effort, the grade in my test say me
other thing and this is disappointing for me.
ohh that´s a very bad habit, sometimes I use it a lot but I like to be optimistic. I hope that you change this bad habit ;))
ResponderEliminarI also have pessimism, but I use it for raise the spirit because although I studied a lot in the same way I get bad marks 😅
